start by downloading and instaling zmud 7.21 (dont run it yet) from

once thats instaled

download

http://www.mediafire.com/file/v7fu8b0qrool1v1/Zmud.exe

and copy it in to the zmud follder (C:\Program Files\zMUD on my comp might be dif on yours)
hit replace when it asks if you want to replace or keep the old one
once thats done right click on the zmud.exe file select the compatability tab and chose to run it in compatability mode for windows xp service pack 3

then check the box at the bottom to run it as admin once all thats done your good to go

seting up zmud

download the map from https://www.dropbox.com/s/bnb9n1lv31x8t ... Z.zip?dl=1 (lyren.me)

copy that to your zmud follder
click the map tab on the zmud toolbar and browse to the map in the zmud follder and open it

find the room you are in on the map right click on it and select set curent position

open the configure tab on the map that just opened and hit reconfigure
